The Service provides an interface to configure and operate AI-powered voice agents, including call handling and web-based voice interactions.

2. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. Customer content

You are responsible for the content you upload or process through the Service (including contacts and call content) and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents.

4. Prohibited use

  • Illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity.
  • Processing sensitive data without required consents or legal basis.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or abuse the platform.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (telephony and AI/voice). Their terms and privacy policies may apply.

6. Billing, cancellation, refunds

Commercial terms may be set in an order form or statement of work. See Cancellation & Refund Policy for a starter template.

7. Disclaimers

AI output can be incorrect. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service.
